Harmoni Care Solutions, LLC (“Harmoni,” “we,” “us”) respects the privacy of our clients, families, staff, and website visitors. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect
We may collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, and service-related information when clients or families contact us, complete an intake form, or enroll in services, and when staff apply for employment or provide services on our behalf.

How We Use Information
We use this information to schedule and coordinate care services, communicate with clients, families, and staff (including by phone and text message), process employment and payroll, and meet our obligations as a Mississippi Medicaid IDD Waiver provider, including required communication with support coordinators and state agencies involved in a client’s care.

Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information-sharing described in this policy — this information will not be shared with any third parties, regardless of any other terms herein.

Information Sharing
We do not sell client, family, or staff information. We may share information with support coordinators, referral partners, state Medicaid or DMH agencies, or other parties directly involved in a client’s authorized care, and as required by law.
